How to Get Started:

  • Hit the apply button on any of the tiers below

  • Once your application is received our Team will reach out to you via email and let you know if your application was approved. If your application is approved you'll be provided with a Calendar link to schedule a call with our Kenya International Sales Agent (ISA)

  • Once the ISA ensures we are a good fit for you, confirm the Tier you've requested, and select your property, they will send you a Client Contract to be reviewed (by you or your attorney) within 3 business days

  • Once the contract is received a non-refundable Reservation Fee of $5,000 is required to place a hold on your selected property, begin the funding process (if applicable), provide access to your client portal which outlines the steps as well as provides education, and start the registration of your new Kenyan business

  • Within 30 days a 20% non-refundable deposit is due. Upon receipt of the deposit the land will be secured and construction (if applicable) will begin

  • If you've selected a one time payment the payment is due within 30 days of the deposit. If you've selected Funding you'll be referred to one of our funding partners and they will assist you further if you qualify. If you've selected a cash payment plan payments will begin within 30 days of the deposit. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AS WE PAY THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM

  • As construction is moving along we'll begin to build your business back office, create social media accounts, and begin marketing to build a guest waiting list

  • Our Team will provide you with a closing date and will reach out 60 days prior to construction completion to set up your private luxury investor tour accommodations

  • After Closing it may take up to 3 months to receive your Freehold Title (Kenya is the only country in Africa where a foreigner can legally own land)

THINGS TO DO

Visit Fort Jesus: This 16th century Portuguese fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is a great place to learn about the history of Mombasa.


Visit Mombasa Old Town: The Old Town is a great place to explore the culture and history of Mombasa. Stroll through the narrow alleys, explore the Swahili architecture, and shop at the local markets.


Go on a Safari: Mombasa is a great place to go on a safari. There are many game reserves and national parks in the area, including Tsavo East and West, and the Shimba Hills.


Take a Dhow Cruise: Take a dhow cruise along the Mombasa coastline and enjoy the spectacular views. There are plenty of dhow operators that can take you on a scenic ride around the coastline.

SCHOOL

The Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) is a public university located in Mombasa, Kenya. TUM was established in 2005 and is home to over 5,000 students who are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in a range of disciplines, including engineering, science, architecture, business, law, and health sciences.

 

The university is highly regarded for its commitment to innovation and research, and is a leader in developing new technologies and introducing modern educational practices. TUM has established itself as a centre of excellence in the region, providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to make a real difference in their communities.
